What it costs, and how we quote it
Three levels of service. Every party is quoted individually, because a twelve-guest party at home and a forty-guest party at a venue are not the same job and should not carry the same price.
Day-Of Coordination
Best for: You have planned it. You do not want to run it.
Quoted per party

Party Planning
Best for: The most common choice. You decide; we do everything else.

How a quote is built
What actually drives the cost
Five variables account for most of the difference between one party and another. Knowing which ones you care about is the fastest way to a budget that works.
Guest count
The largest single driver. It sets catering, rentals, venue size and how many staff the day needs.
Venue
A home party removes a venue fee but adds rentals, setup and teardown. A venue booking often nets out closer than people expect.
Food
Self-catered, delivered, or fully catered with service — the range between these three is wide.
Entertainment
One performer, a full activity programme, or a hosted schedule with multiple stations.
Design level
Well-chosen off-the-shelf decor, or a designed and fabricated environment. Both can look excellent; they do not cost the same.
Date and notice
Peak weekends and short notice both narrow the vendor pool, and a narrower pool costs more.

Our fee is stated separately
You can always see what you are paying Funtastica and what you are paying vendors. There is no hidden margin inside a vendor line.
Nothing booked without approval
You approve the plan and the budget before any deposit leaves anybody. No surprise line items appear later.
Terms in writing first
Deposit, payment schedule, cancellation and postponement terms are all in your agreement before you pay anything.
