The single biggest predictor of whether a kids' party works is whether the entertainment suits the age in the room. A magician who is perfect for seven-year-olds will lose a room of three-year-olds in ninety seconds. We match the act to the age group, book it, brief it and run it to the schedule.

Entertainment: what families ask
How long should entertainment last?
For preschoolers, two shorter segments usually work better than one long one. For school-age children a single 45-to-60-minute block is typical. We will recommend a structure based on your guest list and start time.
What if the entertainer cancels?
We hold backup options for every booked act and it is our job, not yours, to solve it if something changes.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks gives us room to secure the venue and the vendors you actually want. Peak weekends — spring, early summer and December — go earlier. We do take shorter-notice parties when our calendar allows, so it is always worth asking.
