Party decor & styling, handled properly
Decor is the part of a party that people photograph, and it is also the part that takes the longest to install and the least time to fall apart. We design the look, source every piece, install it the morning of, and take it all away afterwards.
Everything below is included when you book party decor & styling with us, whether it is the only thing you hand over or part of full party planning.
- Concept and mood board A visual plan you approve before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises on the day.
- Balloon installations Garlands, arches, ceiling treatments and sculptural pieces built to the room.
- Backdrops and photo moments One well-designed corner does more for the photos than decorating the whole room.
- Tablescapes Linens, place settings, signage, cake table and dessert display styled as a set.
- Install and strike We arrive early, install, and return to clear everything away.

Decor & styling: what families ask
Do you rent decor or do we keep it?
Both. Structural pieces such as backdrop frames, plinths and vessels are usually rented; consumables such as balloons and paper goods are yours. We will tell you which is which in the quote.
Can you match a specific colour palette?
Yes. Bring us a palette, an invitation or a single object your child loves and we will build the scheme around it.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks gives us room to secure the venue and the vendors you actually want. Peak weekends — spring, early summer and December — go earlier. We do take shorter-notice parties when our calendar allows, so it is always worth asking.
