Food at a kids' party has two audiences with completely different expectations, and a set of dietary requirements that arrive in dribs and drabs over the two weeks before the date. We plan the menu for both audiences, collect the requirements properly, and brief the kitchen.
Everything below is included when you book party catering & cakes with us, whether it is the only thing you hand over or part of full party planning.

Catering & cakes: what families ask
Can you handle allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes, and we treat it as a core part of the brief rather than an afterthought. We collect requirements in writing, pass them to the caterer in writing, and label food clearly on the day. For severe allergies we will also talk through the kitchen's handling practices with you before booking.
Do you provide the cake yourselves?
We design and order it through bakers we work with, and we manage delivery and timing so it arrives when the schedule needs it.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks gives us room to secure the venue and the vendors you actually want. Peak weekends — spring, early summer and December — go earlier. We do take shorter-notice parties when our calendar allows, so it is always worth asking.
