About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. The services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which is issued and signed before any booking is confirmed. Where the two differ, the client agreement controls.

Using this site

The content on this site, including our planning guides, is provided for general information. It is written carefully but every party is different, and it is not a substitute for advice specific to your event, your venue or your local regulations.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a date. A booking exists only once a written agreement has been signed and any required deposit has been received.

Quotes

Quotes reflect vendor pricing and availability at the time they are issued and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Vendor costs are passed through; our fee is stated separately.

Third-party vendors

We source, contract and manage vendors on your behalf. Each vendor remains responsible for their own services, staff, equipment and insurance under their own terms, which we summarise for you before you sign.

Intellectual property

The design, text and images on this site belong to Funtastica unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to link to our guides; please do not republish them wholesale.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
