What we collect

When you send us an enquiry we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the area and date of your party, your child's age, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in the notes field. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider logs for security purposes.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to plan and deliver your party, and to communicate with you about it. If you become a client, we use it to manage your booking, coordinate vendors on your behalf and handle billing.

Who we share it with

We share only what a vendor needs in order to do their part of your party — for example, a caterer receives your guest count, venue address, timing and dietary requirements. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Children's information

Our services are bought by adults. We collect a child's first name and age only where a parent or guardian supplies it as part of planning their party, and we use it solely for that purpose. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it takes to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us at hello@funtastica.info.
