Rentals are where a party quietly goes wrong: the inflatable that will not fit through the side gate, the tables that arrive at the same moment as the guests, the delivery window that turns out to be four hours wide. We size it, schedule it and supervise the drop.

Rentals: what families ask
Is a bounce house safe for toddlers and older kids together?
Mixed age groups in one inflatable is the most common cause of bumps at a party. Where the guest list spans a wide age range we will usually recommend either a toddler-specific soft-play area alongside the inflatable, or supervised rotation by age.
What happens if it rains?
Most inflatable operators will not set up in rain or high wind, and that call is usually made the morning of. We build a wet-weather plan into every outdoor party so there is a decision already made rather than a scramble.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks gives us room to secure the venue and the vendors you actually want. Peak weekends — spring, early summer and December — go earlier. We do take shorter-notice parties when our calendar allows, so it is always worth asking.
